Art

In the art program at Franklin,TK-6th grade students are introduced to the elements of design for example line, shape, space and color. Students are introduced to different mediums thorough out the year including paint, clay, watercolor, printmaking and fiber arts. Students often create art projects that are connected to their classroom learning. They are also introduced to different artist and styles of art. Students are encouraged to use their imagination, be creative and take risks as they explore materials and mediums.
