Garden

The garden at Franklin Elementary is an amazing space where all students have the opportunity to learn how food is grown, connect with nature and work together to make their campus more beautiful. Classes in the garden represent all academic areas of curriculum including Science, Art, Math, History, Language Arts and of course growing, cooking and eating healthy food. Children spend time exploring and observing everything in the garden from the wonder of worms to the excitement of harvest to the magic of sprouting seeds.
